Supplying Farmshops

Launched in 2019, Central Fruits has been a true success story of the last few years. Run by friends Matt Sherman and Shane Gilkes, they have grown a Wiltshire-based fruit and veg market stall into a business which delivers fruit and veg to people  across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset, as well as supplying farmshops and restaurants.

Their success has come about due to their drive, enthusiasm, price and, of course, the wonderful fresh local produce they carefully stock, pack and deliver.

Always of the highest quality, and able to supply in bulk as well as smaller quantities, Central Fruits is now delighted to be serving many of the renown farm shops within the south – and they would like to add YOUR farm shop to their list!

We have three delivery vans and run a clear and well organised delivery schedule to guarantee deliveries always arrive fresh and on time.

Our depot consists of a main fridge area, fully chilled and temperature controlled, to help keep everything as fresh as possible. All produce is picked on a weekly basis and according to orders, and shipped as close to harvesting as possible to ensure that whether it’s fruit, vegetables, berries or delicate salads, everything is as fresh as possible when it leaves our warehouse, direct to your shop.

Whilst we are a small company, we have the team, the passion, experience, suppliers and processes to deliver to scale, to quality and to time every time. Our size is what makes our business possible, small enough to care, small enough to move quickly and forge relationships with suppliers and the farm shops we supply that the larger companies are unable to do.
