Central Fruits is a fruit and veg home delivery service. It was launched in 2019 by Matt Sherman. Matt worked on the market as a kid, always having a dream of running his own fruit and veg business one day.

One of the things which occurred to him is that, whilst people loved coming to farmers’ markets and choosing their fresh local produce, not everyone could. They had busy lives with jobs and families, or simply couldn’t leave their homes.

This is where Central Fruits was born. It’s a business with its heart firmly in the local community and markets – with a home delivery service! Brilliant local produce and delivered direct to people’s door, at a sensible price.

And Matt’s goal? To become the best fruit and veg home delivery service in the UK!

Our mission is to provide you with the freshest fruit, veg, salad and berries available, whilst keeping the cost down.

We take huge pride in what we sell to our customers going DIRECT to the “grower” on most of our produce.

Quality and freshness is key to everything we do and offer at Central Fruits.

No corners cut - ever

At Central Fruits we always do our utmost to meet our customers’ needs. Because time is taken to prepare our mixed, fruit, veg, salad and berry boxes, every box is healthy and happy.

We are also acutely aware of the environment. This is often the reason customers come to us in the first place. Our environmental aims are;

  • less plastic,
  • less waste,
  • less food miles.

We use brown paper bags to separate the varieties, these being fully recyclable. Our growers and farmers are all local to Wiltshire and Hampshire, wherever possible. And our produce follows the seasons.

Our mission is to provide the public with the tastiest, freshest, top quality produce available from one of our five markets, or via our home delivery service.

Our home delivery department is in full swing. We deliver direct to your doorstep or place of work in Wiltshire and Hampshire, Tuesday to Saturday.
